How I Can Help

Support that's tailored
to you.

I offer individual counselling for adults and young adults, available through both in-person and telehealth sessions.

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than relying on a single method. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and other modalities where appropriate.

Together, we can choose the format that best suits your preferences, needs, and circumstances.

Services

Introductory Call

Before your first session, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to give us both the opportunity to connect briefly, discuss what has brought you to therapy, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation or commitment required — it is simply a chance to ask any questions you may have and get a sense of how I work.

The introductory call is conducted via phone or video and can be booked directly through the scheduling link on this website.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are available in Melbourne, VIC. Further location details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Appointments are available by booking only.

Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth sessions are conducted online and are available to clients located anywhere in Australia.

This option may be suitable if you prefer the flexibility and comfort of attending counselling from your own space, or if in-person sessions are less accessible.

To support an effective session, it is recommended that you have:

  • a stable internet connection
  • a private and quiet space
  • a device with a working camera and microphone
